1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Rypht Technologies Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, then you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services

Rypht Technologies Inc provides software development services, including but not limited to Unity game development, custom web portals, and AI consulting. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated in a written agreement, all custom software code, designs, and technical documentation developed by us for a client remain the property of Rypht Technologies Inc until full payment is received. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights will be transferred as specified in the project contract.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or engaging in project discovery. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to any data or assets you provide to us for use in your projects.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Rypht Technologies Inc be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Rypht Technologies Inc, you agree to these terms. We may send you text messages regarding project updates, technical notifications, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information received from the other party confidential. This includes project specifications, business strategies, and proprietary technical data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page.
